Allergy causes and what can help to stop it
“Our external appearance and longevity is determined by the condition of our internal organs” Mikhail Tombak, Ph. D.
The most common cause of allergies is feeding babies with such foods as meat and cow’s milk, before they reach the age of 12 months.
Babies who are fed with mother’s milk until the age of at least 8 months (provided that the mother is healthy and eats properly during pregnancy), will most likely not develop allergies later in life, unless subjected to malnutrison or an extremely toxic environment.
Allergies can also be caused by processed foods with chemical addictive. People with allergies should avoid eating such food and concentrate on eating foods which are free of chemical addictives.
In many cases allergies are caused by cleaning chemicals.
According to renowned herbalist and the author of many worldwide bestsellers, Maria Treben, Stinging Nettle is beneficial for all cases of allergy. People with allergies should regularly drink Stinging Nettle tea with addition of some Swedish Bitters diluted with the tea. For best results use “loose” herbs, not ready-to-drink teas.
Mallow (Malva Vulgaris) is another herb which can help in cases of face allergies. A lukewarm Mallow tea should be use for that purpose.
Flowers, leaves and stems should be gathered from June to September. It is best to use then fresh.
